Conditions of Warranty Service:
Desview promises that all of our products are enjoying a one-year free warranty service from the day of purchase. This warranty service is excluding damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Details as below:

During the warranty time, all quality-related defect products are enjoying a free warranty service;
The free technical support and F/W upgrade service still will be provided if the period is expired;
The buyer is responsible for the costs of components and replacement and shipping if the period is expired.
Part I. Return and Refund Policy:
Within 7 calendar days of receiving, if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition with full accessories in the original packaging that won't affect the second sale, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returning, a full refund within 7 days after the product has been returned to the designated shipping address;
Within 7 calendar days of receiving, if the product has the manufacturing defect;
After a replacement, the products still exist the quality-related defect;
Part II. The below return and refund service will be rejected
The refund requested beyond the 7 calendar days of receiving;
Sufficient proof of purchase or receipts are unable to provide;
The damaged product caused by improper use or unauthorized modification, or entry of foreign matters (water, oil, sand, dust, etc.);
The damaged product caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, lightning strikes and etc;
The product hasn't sent back within 7 calendar days after a refund or return confirmation by Desview.
Part III. Replacement Policy
Within 15 calendar days of receiving if the product has manufacturing defects;
Within 15 calendar days of receiving if the actual product can't match with the original description;
Within 7 calendar days of receiving if the product has been damaged in transit, please contact our after-sales email and provide the details to us.
Part IV. The below replacement service will be rejected
Sufficient proof of purchase or receipts is unable to provide;
The replacement request was made beyond 15 calendar days of receiving;The damaged in transit of product is not reported within 7 calendar days of receiving;The damaged product for replacement don't have the full original accessories, damaged items, and packaging;
The damaged product is caused by unauthorized modification or improper use, or entry of foreign matters (water, oil, dust, sand, etc.);
The damaged product caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, lightning strikes and etc;
There's no quality defect of the product after tests by Desview technical;
The product didn't send back to the designated shipping address within 15 calendar days after replacement confirmation from Desview.
